Bree Sharp | Editor, Many Words One Voice

Bree Sharp, Editor of Many Words One Voice

Wellness  ·  Mental Health  ·  Neurodivergence

Bree Sharp is the editor behind Many Words One Voice.

She brings over a decade of writing experience to the publication, with a long focus on wellness, mindfulness, mental health, and the kind of content that actually meets people where they are — not where they’re supposed to be.

Her connection to these topics goes beyond the academic. Bree is neurodivergent, has ADHD, and has spent years navigating a world that wasn’t built with her brain in mind. So does her daughter. So do many of the people closest to her. That lived experience shapes how MWOV approaches every topic it covers — with honesty about how hard it can be to “just take care of yourself” when your nervous system, your circumstances, or your history make that anything but simple.

Bree has spent nearly a decade working within the health and wellness space, developing a grounded understanding of mental health, burnout, neurodivergence, and holistic well-being. At MWOV, she oversees editorial direction, contributor standards, and the overall integrity of what gets published — ensuring every piece reflects the publication’s commitment to evidence-informed, trauma-conscious, genuinely useful content.

She doesn’t currently publish bylined articles on MWOV, but her editorial voice shapes everything here.
