Guest Post & Link Placement Policy

How we handle pitches, partnerships, and paid placements at Many Words One Voice.

At Many Words One Voice (MWOV), our mission is simple but unwavering: grounded storytelling, evidence-infused wellness, and content created with genuine care.

To protect the integrity of this space—and the people who read it—we maintain firm editorial and ethical guidelines around guest posts, sponsored content, and external link placements.

This page exists to make things clear for everyone: if you want to collaborate, pitch, or place a link, here’s how we do it and what we say no to.

1. We Do Not Accept Unpaid Guest Posts

We appreciate your interest in contributing to MWOV, but we do not publish unpaid content or free link placements. That includes:

  • free guest posts or unsolicited articles
  • “I wrote this for your blog, please publish it” messages
  • cold outreach from SEO or link-building agencies
  • free link-insertion or “quick backlink” requests
  • requests for free do-follow links
  • AI-generated content submissions without human expertise
  • “mutual partnership” link-exchange or PBN-style offers

We receive a significant volume of these pitches. To stay fair, ethical, and sustainable, all external contributions are handled through paid editorial partnerships only.

3. What We Do Consider for Paid Partnerships

We are open to collaborating with people and organizations whose work genuinely supports well-being, such as:

  • health & wellness brands
  • mental health professionals and clinics
  • herbalists, clinicians, nutritionists, and holistic practitioners
  • ethical supplement and wellness product companies
  • science-based wellness researchers and educators
  • mission-aligned creators and organizations focused on accessible, grounded wellness

We prioritize content that is:

  • evidence-based or clearly experiential and labeled as such
  • ethically grounded and non-exploitative
  • culturally respectful and inclusive
  • trauma-aware and mindful of harm
  • genuinely helpful to readers, not just promotional

If your work supports people more than it sells to them, there’s a good chance we can find an aligned way to work together.

4. What We Do Not Accept (Paid or Unpaid)

For the safety and well-being of our audience, MWOV does not accept content or links promoting:

  • medical misinformation or unsafe health claims
  • detoxes, miracle cures, “quick fixes,” or extreme diets
  • MLMs, recruitment-based business models, or high-pressure schemes
  • weight-loss teas, pills, or body-shaming narratives
  • exploitative “biohacking” narratives that ignore long-term health
  • AI-generated filler content without human expertise or oversight
  • gambling, casinos, “crypto casinos,” and betting sites
  • crypto, forex, or speculative finance unrelated to wellness
  • unrelated niches (generic tech, SaaS, adult content, gaming, etc.)
  • culturally appropriative or unsafe wellness practices
  • unverified supplements or risky herbal recommendations
  • anything that undermines psychological safety or ethical wellness

MWOV is a human-centered wellness platform. Traffic and revenue never justify putting our readers at risk.

5. For Legitimate Guest Contributors & Experts

If you are a qualified expert—herbalist, clinician, educator, researcher, therapist, or similar—and you’d like to submit a bylined contribution through a paid editorial partnership, you are welcome here.

To help us evaluate fit, please include in your email:

  • a brief bio and relevant credentials
  • a link to your website or professional profile
  • 2–3 writing samples
  • your proposed topic(s) and angle
  • any relevant qualifications or lived experience that informs your work

Send expert and bylined contribution inquiries to:

Editorial Inquiry

We care deeply about representation, accuracy, nuance, and harm reduction.

6. Turnaround, Editorial Rights & Link Policy

By submitting or booking a paid placement, you acknowledge that MWOV reserves the right to:

  • decline any submission, topic, or partnership that doesn’t align with our values
  • request revisions to improve clarity, safety, or reader experience
  • edit accepted contributions for tone, structure, or accuracy
  • remove or reframe unsupported, harmful, or misleading claims
  • convert external links to nofollow when appropriate
  • remove or update links in the future if the destination page changes, becomes unsafe, or no longer matches what was originally agreed

Our responsibility is to maintain a safe, trustworthy wellness resource. That responsibility always comes before link-building or promotions.

8. How to Inquire About Paid Partnerships

To inquire about paid guest posts, link insertions, or editorial partnerships, please

Email us

In your email, please include:

  • your name and organization (if applicable)
  • the URL(s) you would like to promote
  • the type of placement you’re seeking (guest post, link insertion, expert feature, etc.)
  • your budget
  • any timelines or campaign details we should know about
  • any relevant sample content or past placements

If there’s alignment with our editorial standards and mission, we’ll follow up with current availability, rates, and next steps.
