These terms govern your use of manywordsonevoice.com (the “Site”), published by Many Words One Voice (“MWOV,” “we,” “us”). By reading the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

MWOV publishes wellness writing: articles, guides, checklists, and a weekly newsletter. Content is written by contributors and reviewed by the editor, and health content is reviewed by a licensed clinician where noted. Our Editorial Standards describe how that process works.

2. Not medical advice

Everything on the Site is for general information and education only. It is not medical, psychological, nutritional, or legal advice, it does not create a clinician–patient relationship, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Never delay or disregard professional advice because of something you read here. If you think you may be in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.

Where an article mentions supplements, herbs, or remedies, it describes what published research says; it is not a recommendation for you personally. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before starting anything, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a condition.

3. Using the Site

Articles, images we commissioned or licensed, the MWOV name, and the Site design belong to Many Words One Voice or its contributors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Contributors retain authorship credit for their work as displayed on the Site. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

5. Contributions and guest posts

Pitches, guest posts, and link placements are governed by our Guest Post & Link Placement Policy. By submitting material you confirm it is your own work and grant us a non-exclusive right to publish, edit, and promote it.

6. Newsletter

Subscribing to the weekly letter is free and optional. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. How we handle your email address is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Links to other sites

We link to research, organizations, and other publications we think are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep content accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or suitable for your circumstances, and we may change or remove content at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Many Words One Voice and its contributors are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Kentucky, unless applicable law gives you the right to another venue.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
